As old as civilisation itself, barbecuing is such a fun and simple method of social cooking, suitable for even the most novice of cooks. What better way to kick-start the summer and get together with friends, family and neighbours.

So, are you all set up and ready to grill up a gastro-firestorm in the great outdoors of your back garden? Not to worry, there’s still time! However, given the relatively short-lived and sporadic nature of the British summertime, it’s best to get your garden ready as soon as possible. That way, you can whip out the grill for an impromptu alfresco feast at a moment’s notice.
